In the top right corner of your screen you will see your username (user12345 or similar).
Click on 'Edit Profile' underneath.
You can then create a bespoke 'username'. You can choose to use your initials, an alias or your name, and even add a picture to make an 'avatar'. Explaining your interest in dementia is also important.
